Going and not going to crowded places is one thing but, not once have I seen people standing in a queue properly for anything. Shoving, cutting lines, threatening anyone who asks. Civilised behaviour is what's missing. Basically trying to do whatever you want, unless someone more "powerful" is stopping you.
