Quality is subjective; its not a hard and fast rule - of course you'll see pages with worse quality, its not why you've been penalized

SiteSpeed means very little - certainly not a bannable offence. Its amazing how many people post with "fast pagespeed but I dont rank/not indexed" yet some people think its "critical"

Current gen can't care less about anything beyond reels and snaps generally.
