There is heavy traffic starting from Hebbal (I stay near airforce station and know this). Try to leave early if you are taking BMTC. If private vehicle then I would suggest take Thanisandra or Hennur Road towards Reva University. Take a left after Reva University towards BSF. There would be still jam from BSF to Airforce station, but it’s small stretch.
There is also one more gate entry (gate 8) which is behind and for that you need to take Yelhanka new town route (Galleria Mall).
