Keep timer for all the apps, and deleting social media apps for a week will help. Use social media on weekends only. This trick helped me. Try for yourself.

I was in a similar situation and I became long term NEET for not being strategic.

I’d recommend taking a step back in your career and finding something sustainable as soon as you can. Take something you won’t hate that will at least pad your resume with long term stability until you finish school.

If you target jobs with a similar job title you may likely end up long term unemployed. And then at that point you will have to take an even bigger step back to fast food, for example.
