Bengaluru went through some high level appreciation in the real estate prices. For example, if you are aware about areas like varthur or Budigere cross. Previously a decent 2 BHK costs around 55 lakh in Budigere cross or around 50 lakh in varthur, I am talking about like a couple of years back only in 2021. Now the price is anywhere in tune of 1.3 to 1.8 Cr for a decent 2 BHK.

I know these appreciations won't make sense but people actually do have Fear of missing out and they are doing transactions even at this price.
