According to three language formula, hindi is imposed in non hindi states, while hindi states kept Sanskrit as third language, like who even speak that dead language, can they even after learning throughout their school? Just for their ease while children from non hindi states have to learn a difficult hindi language which is nothing like spoken hindi.
