Using AI to do your trading... nah. Using AI to enhance your research and as a supplement to your startegy.. hell yeah. I use a combination of AI agents and LLMs to do all of my initial data collection, analysis, generate my watchlist, and even give me trade ideas for tickers on my watchlist. But it's my experience and knowledge that allows me to leverage the info it provides.

If you have a strong bullish conviction on a stock with a LETF then the LETF is a fine play.  But honestly… straight stock, margin, LETF, long options, selling theta… there are a lot of ways to play an expected move and it’s just boring to have to rehash them everytime someone thinks they see a play.  If you’re right on the direction everyone of them will work a trick.  If you’re wrong none of them will be fun.  And if you’re qualified to be trading individual stocks you ought to be able to sort the pros and cons out for yourself.

As for the stock itself, feel free to tell yourself whatever you want.  “They’re getting their finances sorted out soon” is a strange way to spell “open fraud and export restriction investigations ongoing and we have no proof their past reports mean anything, plus their leadership has already proven they don’t take this stuff seriously” but you do you.  If you pull up the chart and zoom out far enough to see the peak, it’s still clearly a falling knife.  Some really good technical traders may be able to catch those, but given that your thesis is a crystal ball prediction with no patterns or TA of any kind I’m thinking that’s not you.

I would get premium because I had it once and enjoyed it. I am paying for so many monthly charges already. I am overdrafting my checking sometimes. At least I can still make rent monthly... when I have a more robust source of cash I would gladly get premium YouTube.

I don't think Vessella Meadows is on the outskirts of the city; not anymore, at least. I would certainly pick a villa in Vessella Meadows over an apartment in Jubilee Hills but, like I said, it's not a like-for-like comparison because the villa costs a lot more.

Villas in Tellapur are cheaper, and there has been a significant amount of development in that region over the past couple of years. If you're just looking for dining options, you're going to have plenty of those over the next 4-5 years. There is a vast amount of housing being developed from Tellapur to Kollur to Velimela and beyond, and that's also going to bring a lot of commercial investment along with it. It will never match Jubilee Hills as far as premium establishments go, but it's going to look a lot different in 5 years and you're definitely going to have plenty of options.
