2. Go learn from other competent sales people.
3. Learn a system of selling and follow it to learn.
4. Learn EQ so you can regulate your own emotions and relate to people better.
5. Measure your sales process so you know where to improve.
6. Practice a lot.

As you do all this you’ll slowly develop your own style and tool kit. Everybody sells different and leans into their strengths. It’s a journey of self awareness and improvement.
