1. A place with a "view"* of the city would be Chamundi Hills. But it gets quite crowded. Maybe try going very early in the morning and look for a spot overlooking the race course/Radisson hotel. 
For peace or quite you can go to Karanji or Kukkralli Kere.

2. Honestly there is nothing called Mysore Masala Dose. What they call MMD is nothing other than just Masal Dose - Dose with khara chutney spread around it with potatoes/onion pallya inside. 
Mylari is a good place to eat dose. Gayatri Tiffin room in chamundipuram is a good try(you can go here on your way back from Chamundi Betta)
Kolhapuri Bhel near Nanjumalige Circle has plenty of chaat options.
There was a burger place called Downtown Burger on KD Road which had amazing mayo and black beans in their burgers. Not sure if it's still around.
There is a bonda/bajji center in front of kowshika sankethi hostel in Jayanagar. Again not sure if they are still around. 
3.I Dont have a lot of info about this other than getting there early morning when less crowded. Regular buses ply from CBS to Betta.
4. Again, I don't have a lot of info about this. Not a great fan of Mysore oak as I hate ghee.

I've been using yashtel like for 7 years now and it's ok.. there have been issues but nothing to diss about.. pretty stable most of the time..also as someone pointed out you can download the receipt from the app ..

Yes the language of western most district of UP i.e. saharanpur is similar to Haryanvi. Even shamli and muzzafarnagar. We don’t resemble any UP characteristics. Western UP is more identical to haryana

I also struggled with this and I even went to the most expensive ones in the city , but expensive mean a fancy interior/very bright lighting/room freshner/english songs but not skilled barbers apparently . Thankfully my hairline is very good , so I am either growing it out very long or completely bald . And I like both my looks . And I go to Delhi if I wanna try a new cut and I am there some work . I only go to salon in Meerut for getting my beard trimmed and shaped properly even still I cannot expect them to do some van dyke like beard or petite goatee it's too complicated for them , they have and will ruin my beard , that is also a Delhi privilege . But I would suggest if your hairline is going back . Try growing facial hair more , choose a beard style that suits your face's shape and going bald for once you may like it , I know it seems very intimidating , but you can give it a try in winter and hide behind a cap if you don't like it .

if you want to build career in tech, build your git profile .. otherwise continue till masters and go for phd in area of interest, career building is a test match cricket.

For engineering perspective Nit silchar is way above TU
Even AEC,JEC,JIST etc ... they are above TU in engineering...

But for bsc msc perspective TU is very good, but for that you need to clear their own entrance.

Well the PR of Pahariya is abysmal but in the movie he is efficient. Akshay tries so hard in the film and it shows so kudos to him.
