Jokes apart, it's terrible to see such low standards for employee rights in India.
These low budget airlines literally abuse their ground staff with extraordinary long and tiring duties.
Have closely observed the airline scenario in India and I am telling you, if you would know about the reality of how much the pilots, stewards & stewardess' and ground staff are made to work overtime, you'll never fly low budget as the risk of meeting a catastrophe is extremely high with such less rested employees, operating at less than 70% of their capability.
