He lost his mind after midway

This used to happen a few years ago beneath the Seawoods Rail-Over-Bridge as well right to the opposite of Tilak college. I remember seeing a doll, about 8 inches tall, in one of the ducts below the bridge when I passed by 2 years ago but didn't think much about it.

I later came to know about it from a friend of mine whose uncle was a local police officer. Apparently the guy involved would target poor Bengalis and illegal Bangladeshis in the area and exploit them under the threat of black magic. I have no idea whether they caught that person or not.

OP, if possible, I would request you to approach the police and raise a complaint. If not, you could also take some photos or videos that would support your story and share them on social media (without putting your safety at risk).
