I see it this way - When you are sufficiently talented and skilled and when your skills are needed elsewhere then you're welcomed by the people in that place. Your presence is cherished and your contributions are much appreciated. Just look at the amount of people coming from the Indian & South Asian diaspora who are successful in the West. Indian-Americans are one of the most educated and wealthiest groups in the US.
