Things that help me:

1. By trying to actually complete the task at hand, in set time.
2. Meditation, yoga, mantra jap helps a lot.
3. By competing with myself only. Trying to get know myself and my limitations.
4. Setting realistic goals.
5. I practise MMA, which helps me vent out any pent up anger.
6. Being actually thankful for everything I'm blessed with.
7. Doing things and spending time with family.
