Paying so much for watching a cricket match is crazy when our stadiums don't have that good amenities or viewer experience. We really need to have other strong leagues in India so that IPL can get tough competition and is forced to improve their viewer experience by market forces. Other Indian leagues need to step up like Hockey India League, Ultimate Table Tennis, Pro Kabaddi League, Ultimate Kho Kho, Indian Super League, Indian National Basketball League, Pro Panja League, Tennis Premier League, Indian Premier Rugby League etc.

I think it is very different though. These people are trying to go to Maha Khumb and in the process destroying the trains with passengers, families, kids sitting in it. These poor passengers will have to travel with the open train windows throughout the journey for 10-15 hours or even more and then the train compartment go for repair, delaying trains etc etc. What kind of gods graces are these people seeking while committing crime? It is unthinkable how they think that it is fine doing these and it will be fine once they reach Khumb.

Practice sitting in the emotional discomfort of not getting your needs met. Notice what you’re feeling. Journal. Self acceptance will heal a lot of stuff. If possible, do take therapy. You’ve to look after yourself.

In our daily standup few of the freshers were late joining, coincidentally there were 2 guys and 2 girls who all joined late. So there was some awkward leg pulling for few mins.
