If government has found a way to harass people who happen to have a case of heinious crime registered against them and using political connections try to elongate the case AND also living in illegal settlements, its great. Government cant do anything about the judiciary since Supreme Court itself has a history of elongating cases and helping the criminals set up a crime empire while there cases are going on.
