Cannot answer your question entirely. Just sharing my experience and thoughts. The first time I visited Hyderabad hi-tech city, my response was.. wow this looks like New York.
I might sound childish and naive. But the view of hi tech with those giant buildings is really incredible. Also since the constructions are new and done with classy finesse I think Hyd is much ahead than the imagined western offices in a lot of ways. When we have the west team visiting the site, they say that these facilities are much more advanced and larger than what they have. Even a simple restaurant here serves on a proper formal table with napkins and cutlery in stainless vs the restaurants in other parts of the world.
