There are a minority party in both houses and actually have no power in terms of votes. They could get serious about getting us out into the street. The more important thing they can do, is begin to re-organize the party along the lines reflected by Bernie Sanders and AOC. The Democratic Party has basically just been “republican lite”,going after the same big donors and mostly just making their waves on social issues. It’s time to get real for the people they are supposed to represent.

If you're contacting them cold from some list your chance of getting a good one to go all the way to working with you, is quite low.

If you instead put in the work to network and be part of your local community, until you get a warm introduction to an angel, then the odds of going through to them actually supporting you goes up.
