It may sound cliched and so common and easier than it sounds, but the first step I recommend is:

Do what you love and love what you do.

Never work or pursue a career or job that you dont enjoy doing. You will never want to get better at it if you dont enjoy it.
Eventually you will be bored, burnt out and will slow down your own growth as others (who may love what they do) move up the ladder while you get more bitter and miserable as time passes.

Go do a job/ business you love. You will enjoy every moment, it will never feel like work and you will always look at getting better at it (simple because you enjoy doing it).

Second thing would be to never compare yourself with anyone. Sabka journey alag hai. You’re not in their shoes neither are they in yours.

Tujhe tere problems pata hai. Uncle ki probably gaand fatti hogi har saal with maintenance and taxes and repairs and management of so many properties, but he wont say it out loud because its the price to pay for such investments, and not everyone will understand that POV.

TL;DR do what you love brother. Dont compare yourself to others as everyones situation and mentality is different.
