Well document wise, the 10th and 12th pass certificates, proof of identity and your guardian(mightn't be applicable here as you have already started earning and are old enough to support yourself) but if you ask me it's not practical to pursue btech,you will have people half as mature as you(i m 21 rn n all the people in my class are a year or 2 younger than me n i feel like i can't vibe with them at all,might just be me but yes) + attendance is kinda important so idk how your work life to college balance would work out, maybe just give the bits/iitm online degree a shot,not only r they online but you can complete it on a more lazy pace but hey if your dream is to pursue btech then yes man go ahead and get it and the main reason i m attending college instead of online degree is because of networking so whatever you choose don't regret it man

All about civic sense and how crowded it is. I've seen people neatly maintaining queues in mumbai, some cities of Gujarat and bengluru. Worst in my experience was hydrabad for the airport crowd.

It depends on where you live tbh, if the station is already over crowded then queues would mean little to the people, the security personnel are needed to enforce it first so the less educated and entitled people are kept it line.
