Pandemic skewed the perspective interms of expectations, many moved to germany with experience of 8-10 years to work for consulting companies (genuine) which hired these people from job portals either in india or german portals. Many of these people are IT professionals.

Atleast for germany, those days are far long gone. Also, when you are in india in a cushy job with wife and kids, you can keep applying in EU, Dubai or Canada, something will eventually click in a year or two. They will also keep applying for H1B through fake consultancies. Since it’s lottery and they are in no rush, they may get it.

So all in all, these people have skills and unlimited time on their hands to do these things and wait. As a student who has to settle down and get some experience and get married in future, you don’t have that luxury.
