I don't usually cry at movies or shows but I think I sort of teared up when I saw the scene in YUDKBH where Sameer's mom is with her husband and she refuses to recognise him in public because she's embarrassed by her own son's actions. The gut-wrenching pain in his eyes during the scene is heartbreaking. And later when he breaks down to Naina about it (just before all the confession drama and the big reveal about his bet). 


I suppose it was because it evoked some level of my own mommy issues and I notice that I always tend to get emotional when such scenes are present in any movie or show (relating to tensions with mother/mother-figure etc.)


Also I remember watching BALH as a kid and tearing up when I saw that Pihu was kidnapped and how she was terribly missing her parents. And when she's missing her mom Priya when she's staying with Ram and Ayesha. 


So yeah, again, there seems to be a pattern lol

One thing that I have noticed is the the efflux of native chandigarh population. And the influx of blue collar people. There are simply no white collar jobs in chandigarh. So educated peole are going to metropolitans, while skilled/unskilled labour is coming in large numbers to look for jobs. Cant do anything. Situation will only worsen. Enjoy your each and every stay in the city.
