LPG gas disperses pretty quickly, so move the cylinder to a well ventilated open area if possible, it's considerably safe when it's well ventilated, also if the regulator is the issue, take the regulator out. See a youtube video if you don't know how to open a regulator. Call the gas company helpline

There are 2 decent options, but a little far off. One is the FACT ground which I think is close to the container road 2nd signal. My uncle took me there a week after I got my license. Second is GCDA road Aluva - used to be frequently used by driving instructors (private one's like you are thinking of).


Rather than spending too much time on the grounds, if you can club with another friend and an instructor, I'd suggest make a trip to Paniyelli Poru. You can also try Malayatoor side. Have the instructor drive in the towns like Perumbavoor and you'll get to learn in a wide variety of road conditions as traffic is low. Happy driving!
