I grew up in a building that once stood where one of those pillars of that flyover in the pic stands today. The view from my window was glorious everyday. Played football on those sands every evening. Life was simple, pure and perfect back then.

Theres a cross in the memory of long lost fishermen that’s been there as long as i can remember braving the crash of the waves no matter how fierce the sea.

Some of us would climb up to it, enjoy the kiss of the spray and set traps for the crabs that scurried up. I never caught any, but it was pure fun.
