You also need to be realistic about your goals and ultimately what you want moving forward. If it's a job that you want there are other paths besides placement + not sure about today's times but back in my days when there used to be placement drives we used to gate crash other colleges and try to place there. At the end of the day, even in placements while marks and other things seem good it's the skills that truly matter. If you are confident about your skills then you should be fine even in an off campus drive 🤷. So don't really depend on specific things
