Bhai Delhi is so underrated as a city. I just love looking at the view outside when I'm in blue line and pink line metro. My favourite view is the Gurudwara which comes somewhere in Dwarka.

Couple of things which I can think of:
1. Filling repairing potholes and actually building quality roads
2. Dedicated parking spots for vehicles. Every outlet should have one. Label heavy traffic lanes as no parking zones. Levy heavy fines for vehicles parked in no parking zones.
3. Footpath maintenance and removing all illegal encroachment
4. Close or minimise U turns.
5. Increase height of dividers to prevent people and vehicles crossing them
6. Dedicated stopping points for buses. No encroachment or driving in those areas
7. Zebra crossings ar every other traffic junction. Without it no one knows where to actually stop
8. Ban the movement of heavy vehicles like water tankers in narrow lanes and make it only accessible to bikes and cars. All those apartments present in the nooks and corners of the narrow lanes should maintain a pipeline system where water can be filled by water tankers. Too complex to implement. Permits and timelines for construction vehicles going in these routes
9. Sufficient manholes presence
10. Lane markings for roads not present yet
