Weather will be hot though and I'm warning you especially in Varanasi (I'm from jaunpur which is 1 hour away so I feel I can comment) people are very entitled they will cut the queu and if you say something they will be like "haan tih aap khade rahiye line mein hum aage badh rahe hai". From my observations so far..
In Phase 1, the majority of companies offered a CTC exceeding 12 LPA, even for core engineering roles. Additionally, a significant proportion of IT, Data Science, Software, and Consulting roles had packages above or around 18 LPA.
In Phase 2, the predominant salary range fell between 8-15 LPA across all roles, including core engineering, IT, AI/ML engineering, and research. While some companies offered packages as low as 6 LPA, there are also a few exceptional offers exceeding 20 LPA so far... More number of Govt PSUs are seen in phase 2.

I am myself from delhi and hate most of the tourists who just come to goa to get drunk and be a hooligan on the road. Have so many local friends and it just breaks my heart and fills me with so much anger - when i see the tourists come and mistreat people or just take everything for granted. Hence i always visit in the off season and live with either one of my local friend or take a property somewhere away from all the noisy areas and chill in peace. ( waiting for urrak season now :p )
