For me its my dad. He won't smoke or drink and he have 3 brother who does it. And I grew up by seeing how our life is different than theirs. Also it take immense amount of self control to not smoke or drink even though it's easily accessible than even getting a bottle of water.

Marketing is the key. Invite vloggers , youtubers, insta influencers and what not. Pay them a shit ton to market the shit out of the cafe. It works. Maintain quality and standard and hygiene. Most important give some time.
