In order to become a sadhu one has to detach oneself from the social and family responsibilities and doing so is relatively much more difficult for women ig (it's just my opinion) . One more factor at play might be the safety concerns for female sadhus.

Tried uninstalling all the social media apps few weeks ago, felt very productive, never bother at my phone at all, used to carry it all the time with me, started to notice little things around me, fixed things around the house, read books all went well.
