I had the same issue in my gated community once where in they had a Bhajan for 12 hours straight in the car park and I was in 4th floor. Think of it like music under you with insanely high volume. I had such a massive headache I swore left and right to the organiser and he said understand peoples emotion. I told him fuck your emotion and reduce the volume or I will beat the shit out of you right here. Two or three aunties who knew me were like calm down well sort this and convinced me. After that they removed the speaker and still had their bhajan in their own voice.
