I have Tata Altroz since June 2020.
- I don't like Engine, Transmission and seat comfort.
- I like steering, safe and heavy build, but that heavy built body causes tiredness in long drives (usually 5 to 6 hours drives)

I have tried all the SUVs in this segment in one day.
- Honda Elevate (liked the size, quality, elegance, infact the best alloy wheels design)
- Skoda Kushaq (felt the gear transmission had some rubbery feeling that was moving)
- Suzuki Grand Vitara (maybe it will drive calmly but the interiors and quality does not feel up market)
- Hyundai Creta (the winner! but might have less mileage and feels like I might loose some edge of being enthusiast, though I like the plushness)

I feel Honda is the brand that will suit me, and even today I think of buying Honda city, but I don't want to get stuck with that sedan vs SUV mentality, where as the practical reality is Indian roads are still bad and the car bottoms do touch at the bottom

I want to ask you that how do you feel about the interior quality?
- Especially the women in the family? Do they like it? and most importantly do they feel happy sitting for long rides?
- I know engine is reliable so the power would be good as well as mileage, stil I would like to know did you feel any hiccups?
- How do you feel about the AC, lights?
- How is the noise, vibrations inside?
> I can tolerate noise, but would not like vibrations on accelerator peddle, under the seats, gear transmission knob.

Generally the exhaust ones are not actually rust, using pitambri and scotch pads solves the problem. For the stand I would suggest just getting it replaced as it might've got weak after all this rusting.

realising one thing is, opportunity costs money, and connection. 2 things middle class ppl dont have. the cllg you go to, the crowd you interact with, the freedom you have everything. on top of that, everything is money related, ppl say opporunity all that due to internet, but everything of quality costs money. if u want to do anything except engineering and gov job, you can not JUST lean on "opportunities"

Investing is easy, exit is tough. You can't give them decent exit with revenue in next three years but looks like they might think of getting your tech upgraded so they they can do M&A at right point of time to get their exit. You build revenue or not, they want you to either raise next round and give them exit as soon as possible with 30-40X that they will get from next set of investors investing in you OR they will try to impose good M&A deal to sell to a giant.

Important is your vision, what you want to do. They can't put that in a term-sheet clause but yes every quarter they will trouble you if they will be on board.
