Central government doesn’t generate money, it only redistributes it, from rich states to poor states. If every project is going to Poor states is this not injustice to others?

Now let’s talk about the People of Bihar. What are we doing with our condition? The meagre resources we have, we let it get looted by corrupt officials, Ministers and even corrupt general public. Why should others be bothered about our state if we are not?

Yesterday only the one Principle was caught stealing boiled eggs meant for Poor Children’s in mid day meal. How we are suppose to move forward?

I think most people see them as a necessary evil, a double edged sword. The GOI doesn’t always have the best interest of the natives in mind. People are pestered with taxation by said groups but tolerate them. NE people are also very territorial, so if a particular group/tribe has an insurgent group then the rivals also feel the need to have one of their own. It is akin to a neighbour/rival owning a gun, so you also feel the need to get a gun. In the case of Manipur, it shows the necessity of armed groups for protection and intimidation, esp for minority communities who might not see eye to eye with the govt.

Only solution is introduce a new practical subject in schools and colleges named "civic sense and behaviours "
And getting 90+ in this subject is compulsory to pass into the next grade.
