I stayed in Chennai for about 7 years between 2011 and 2017. While I agree on the auto rickshaw situation compared to Vadodara, there a lot of other niceties too there, such as the laid back culture, less crime even though alcohol is permitted, police in general being more respectful and all, stable climate (hot and humid 11 months out of 12 hehehe).

Given a choice, i would go back and stay there, despite being a gujrati and not knowing Tamil language :-)

How about if you let the gamers focus on their gaming skills and hire a part time social media manager who could edit their gameplay videos and manage your socials.... I mean if it doesn't make sense to you economically then just charge the gamers a minimal fee (say 50%+ discount) on whatever you're already normally charging and add some more money and hire an average professional for lets say 10-15k PM. Or you can charge per video or shorts anyway you're comfortable with.
