when you go to Girnar, take a car and go to the mountain on right of it, the entrances are very close

on top there is a Gaushala and a RIVER flowing there, you can camp with family, cook food, or maybe read a book

It's been a very long time since I used Recovery mode, but here are some thoughts...

* The original 2013 Mac Pro came with OS X Mavericks (10.9.1) installed; however, a firmware update was required to install macOS High Sierra (10.13 ) or later releases, at least it was required on my 2012 Mac Pro. The firmware update is included in High Sierra, so I had to install it first before upgrading to a later release. Do you know what macOS (or Mac OS X) release was installed previously on the Mac? If older than High Sierra, then you may be in the same situation I was in, but I'm not entirely sure. See... [To install macOS High Sierra, a firmware update is required.](https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8084751?sortBy=rank) Monterey (12.0) is the latest macOS release available for the 2013 Mac Pro.
* If doing a fresh install, erasing the drive should come first. See the **Erase and reinstall macOS** section in [Use macOS Recovery on an Intel-based Mac](https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/use-macos-recovery-on-an-intel-based-mac-mchl338cf9a8/12.0/mac/12.0).
* What is your Internet speed? Mac's need a fast connection to the Internet for Recovery. Wired is better than wireless.
* If you haven't checked, there probably are some instructional videos on YouTube.
* If you know someone with a Mac, see if they can download the macOS releases and [Create a bootable installer for macOS](https://support.apple.com/en-us/101578), which will allow you to install from a bootable USB rather than use the Internet. You'll likely need at least High Sierra, if the firmware update has not been installed, and Monterey to get the latest available release.
* If you want to install a later macOS release that is not supported by Apple for the 2013 Mac Pro, then you can try using [OpenCore Legacy Patcher](https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/). I've never used it myself, but the 2013 Mac Pro is a pretty capable computer, so it should be able to run later releases. I'm not sure if the firmware update in High Sierra will still be needed with this approach.
* As a last resort, make an appointment online and take it to a physical Apple Store if there is one nearby. A tech there should be able to help you get started at no cost. Great customer service is one of the perks of owning Apple devices.

That's all I've got. Macs are different animals, and can be frustrating for those new to them, particularly older models that need some TLC.

Keep the faith! You'll enjoy the 2013 Mac Pro when you get it working. I had one of these as well for a while and loved it. I upgraded the CPU, RAM, and storage in mine. Apple, of course, uses proprietary slots for attaching PCIe SSDs, but adapters are available on Amazon that will allow the use of a standard M.2 NVMe SSD. Slot-compatible SSDs for the 2013 Pro also are available from [OWC (Other World Computing)](https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/ssd/owc/mac-pro/2013), which has been making Mac upgrade components for a long time.
