There is a fundamental problem in India, more than 80% people are eligible for ration and contains bpl cards, lot of tax payers money is getting wasted here and lot of ration goes to back to millers , it is called recycling. On top of it states started giving freebies for non eligible people, which is not correct. At the end it is tax payers money, politicians can’t use however they want .
