On both macOS and Windows I make my setup feel a lot cleaner just by hiding any desktop icons, and putting everything I need (including folders I frequently access) on the dock or taskbar. As for apps, whenever I install something third-party I’m sure I will need/use, I just make sure it isn’t too obtrusive by disabling it from login items, so I can only open it when I need to, not every time my computer starts. I’m not too worried about viruses, when apps are popular enough and oftentimes open source, I know they’re not a threat.

I also use AppCleaner to uninstall apps and make sure they don’t leave any leftovers on my system.

These videos often get reported bombed and dislike bombed, but its counteracted by like botting early on to make the post look like its getting interaction.
