Keep those overarching goals totally, don't discard them but I will warn you not to expect too much from yourself, aim for consistency at first and then slowly add more volume or challenging goals/tasks

Hey OP, I've been trying to get on track a little bit too lately, as minimal as it is. I have a calendar/daily todo organizer I shared on this sub, you can find it on my profile posts. Really helps me get my daily tasks done, and even if they don't all get done, I just roll over the tasks to another day. Also helps with the time disorientation, since each day is dated with all of the tasks underneath it. Feel free to give it a try, its been very helpful to me

My parents really appreciate the help so I like to do that when they ask or just do whatever I can. That calender I use really helps me sort my mind out. If I don't get something done a specific day its fine, I just roll it over to another day, or scrap the entire week and start fresh. Really nice feeling of accomplishment when I check things off the list. Helps me keep on track with my laundry and other personal tasks aswell.

Gotta meet yourself where you're at and do the best ya can. I feel ya there big time, I have that shame too. But the shame drives me to do something so at least that's good that I can do chores here and there
