  4. Why can't I do anything right?

    5 months
Trust me when I tell you I understand my wife n I have been through that phase. There could be multiple reasons for this ranging from lack of some vitamin to disrupted circadian rythm. But most of them can be addressed by following these :

    1. Get yourself checked for vitamin D3. If it's low, then start taking vitamin D supplements daily. But make sure you take it along with vitamin K2 coz K2 ensures that vitamin D goes to your bones and not somewhere else.

    2. Try a non inflammatory diet. Basically reduce the starch/grain/carb in your diet and increase intake of veggies with more water content like bottle gourd, winter melon, chow-chow, noolkol, plantain stem etc. It's easier than ypu might imagine. Just focus on getting your daily quota of Fibre and protein first. After that you're free to consume your favorite choice of foods. You need at least 35-40 grams of Fibre a day and the ideal protein intake should be equal to your body weight but in grams. (One guava has 5 grams of Fibre. And a bowl of sprouts has 15 grams of Fibre. That's 20 already.)

    3. Your body and mind like routine. Not to be confused with monotony. It likes constantly doing something. So try working out. Have a fixed time to wake up no matter what. Don't keep shocking your system with haphazard stuff. The most healthiest people have a very boring routine. Same exercise, same food, same schedule on n on. And by workout, I don't mean walking or jogging. Do resistance training. Move things against gravity. Contraction and relaxation of muscles aid in release of a lot of chemical compounds that aid your mind and body in feeling upbeat. Also when you sleep at night after wearing and tearing your muscles, the repair system releases a lot of hormones that will regulate any imbalances.

And also the simplest way to get energy is by having more muscles. Muscle is where you have mitochondria. More muscles = more mitochondria. And if you did your schooling anywhere in India you'll remember the famous like "mitochondria is the power house of the cell". So voila.

Unless you're having any chronic illness, even clinically proven depression can be mitigated and reversed if you follow the above steps.

    All the best mate.

OMOs are not an equity infusion into PSBs. This is a liquidity infusion in the market and was much needed and long overdue.

Just give her space and reflect on your words. If she forgives you, she’ll reach out to you bruv. If she doesn’t, then move on.

Don't spend on unnecessary things. No Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto.
No to MG road, cafes, pubs, clubs.
Get rid of subscriptions of OTT.
I saved more than 10k just doing this.

Name any one Indian city that satisfies all the criteria you've mentioned. The truth, you won't find something like that in India, you've to go abroad in order to gain in it.
