Feels like I wrote this. Terrible advice but I like to invest time in activities and pick up so many hobbies(outside of work) that i don’t get time to i introspect?(not that introspection isn’t amazing as long as it’s rational)I usually spiral when i have too much free time and not enough purpose. Also, when im in the thick of it, it helps to get out and take a walk, get some fresh air, and most importantly, interact with people. It gives you a lot of perspective. My parents told me most of my anxieties i just make up in my head because there’s really nothing tangible in my life i need to be stressed out over, so yeah, helps to touch grass and reconnect with nature. and of course being grateful to the universe for your life and the time you have to live and love!
