Both. Violence and assault/harassment has grown. At the same time media coverage has also increased. 10 15 yrs back, people wouldn't report it. Even then kids (school going and teen kids) were SAed and molested but a huge percent was left unreported and unspoken considering it 'taboo', where sex education/good touch/bad touch wasn't talked about. But now kids have a slightly better knowledge, and things are being spoken at home and I believe parents/teachers are reporting such creeps. Although whatever is coming to light is just the tip of the iceberg. Here justice and voice still remains a luxury for the oppressed
