    This map is pretty much shit. Northern India is all clubbed in Hindi, whereas there are a lot of different languages and dialects there. Tripura has Bangla and Kokborok as official languages. I'm sure all of the North eastern states have a lot of different languages too, given how many different tribes and cultures are there.

    North East doesn't have one particular language,since each state has multiple tribes,each of these tribes have their own languages, so to cage in same language might be wrong

    Better Solution is to provide every child quality education for free. Make them educated and capable irrespective of their caste, religion.

    3 lakh crores are allocated for sc st welfare. It is more than education + healthcare budget combined. Use this money for providing free education. It is very much possible.

    For social equality, bring in better laws (not irrational like sc st act).

    Reservation did nothing in last 70 years. It will do nothing in next 70 years also.
    It only promotes mediocrity, discourages merit
    And increases further divide on the basis of caste.
