Trauma of what my father did to me, my sibling and amma. He was a chain smoker and alchohic, all the office stress and other issues he had was offloaded on me through various physical and mental forms.
Decided not to drink ever after seeing what my amma suffer and the pain we had gone through.

He is a changed man now and loves us and takes good of cares us, but the cost I had to pay for that was very high. I don't remember much about my childhood, whatever I remember it smells of alcohol and cigarette.
