I believe realisation and eager to know more in depth in any subject is the key. When someone told you about a thing they believe, common people would blindly follows that, while I would like to know details like why it is like that, is there reason for this, what causes it. Most of the journey to get answers for these questions would end up in nothingness. Also having a wide view helps us to see why people believe in such things and how it helps a common person. That pov will make you realise the underlying facts which attracts people to believe in religious topics. Realisation shouldn’t be followed by hatred towards any religion but you could explain if anyone ask your opinion about it otherwise I don’t want to preach anyone what I learned and why people should learn or realise this view.

People just loves to be happy, they always don’t want to know the truth, if beliefs make them happy, they are happy for it and they don’t want to listen or believe things that makes them unhappy. Science doesn’t hold hope much, but religion holds it very much and that’s what makes people happy.
