I totally get the excitement—it’s a massive, well-planned township with some of the best amenities in Thane. The **Grand Central Park, sky lounges, and 405+ amenities** make it a dream place to live. I’ve spoken to a few existing residents, and most have positive things to say about the green spaces and the overall vibe of the community.

As for the traffic, yeah, Thane has its moments, but from what I’ve seen, Kolshet Road is still much better compared to other parts of the city. Plus, with the upcoming infrastructure upgrades and metro expansions, it should only get better.
