It sounds like you're trying to make blockbuster documentaries as your first shots at YouTube. Like some others said start smaller. You can't just throw money at people and expect results, you're trying to scale up a buisness thay doesn't exist yet.


Start by making shorts or stuff under 5 minutes. Practice your skills, develop a style, and only worry about hiring people when you're in a position where you can scale up. No one breaks out overnight, and those who seem to suddenly make it big have been working behind the scenes for a long time, or they got lucky and 5 minutes of fame, only to be forgotten in a year.

If you sort by 7D on CoinGecko XRP is basically handling this drop better than every other coin besides BTC.

If anything this makes me think XRP has a lot more room to run compared to the other "dino" coins that pumped and I'm not really even an XRP bull, that's just what it seems like the market is telling me.
