Talking about how I deal with loneliness, I try to keep myself busy. Another this is that I worry about my professional life more so I don't get to worry about the relationship aspect. I have a good paying job, but I do not like the work and do not feel challenged enough. I also still believe my future will be better (maybe because I am 25 rn so I feel I still have time to fix things).
