Copy cats are going to be a PITA for any hardware product, the key is the differentiation of your product and cost (value/$). If you can make your product reliable and distinct, you will have your own customer base even if there are copy cats. To some extent competition will give you an opportunity to innovate and enter into new markets.

You should ship your beta units out to early adapters and learn and iterate as soon as possible, by that time even if competition picks up you will have the edge over them with the new feedback coming in from early adapters. I’m in deep tech hardware, feel free to DM if you want more insights.

Any and everything in sight. I avoid using a microwave to heat/reheat food because it degrades the nutritional quality. I'm a carnivore; a lot of red beef and chicken. A lot of soda- but I drink tons of water to compensate.

Thanks to Joe Biden & his "strongest economy" I've been fasting more often and occasionally eating one meal per day. I walk a lot so I'm in good enough shape with a healthy BMI i think.
