Went to my friend's wedding. Baraat mein full-on dancing was happening, sab busy in their own swag. Suddenly, dulhe ke father sahab comes and politely says, "Beta, muhrat ka time paas ho raha hai, thoda short karke hall mein aa jao." Bas, dulhe ke nawabi dost couldn’t resist and goes, "Ek din ki baat hai, enjoy bhi nahi karne dete."

Dulha overhears this, gets all charged up, and starts shouting, "Mere dost jitna chahein utna naachenge, enjoy karenge, kisi ki nahi sunni, naaccho bc!" This obviously ticks off dulhe ke father sahab, who loses it—full volume mein curses start flying (while poor bride’s side is awkwardly waiting at the entrance).

Then comes the ultimate threat: father sahab says, "Agar 5 minute mein andar nahi aaya, toh yeh safa aur noton ki maala utar ke tere cousin ko pehna denge, aur shaadi usse kara denge, tu yehin naach apne doston ke sath!"

Suddenly, silence. Dulha ka nawabi attitude vanishes, and he finally agrees to go inside. Shaadi saved, but awkwardness aur second hand embarrassment ka full tamasha ho gaya!
