If you're concerned about private data stored locally on that Mac, then maybe wipe it off through iCloud Find My.
I assume that password can also unlock the iCloud Keychain, so change iCloud password and any passwords stored.
Make sure 2FA/MFA is enabled, and nothing is sent to that machine.
For online accounts, you can normally just invalidate the session from a different device. [accounts.google.com](http://accounts.google.com) for example can let you log out of any device, same with Facebook and other services. Give that a look if you're worried about online accounts.
