Not the fault of corporates. Apne yaha ke graduates ki quality hi itni achhi hai ki kya hi bolo. Job sabko chahiye but skills zara si bhi nahi hai. BPOs me 300 log apply karte hai but sirf 40 ko theek thaak english aati hogi.

Ek baar timepass me amazon ki process ka interview dene gaya tha jab student tha. After the english test (which was too easy imo) sadly more than half of the candidates were rejected. Some were even crying which showed how desperate they were for this opportunity. I didn't sit for next interview rounds as I had to attend my CA classes but at the end when the quality of graduates is so low and 100s appear for a handful of positions, there is no incentive for corporates to pay more than 9-10k to freshers.
