You are 24 and you still have time. Don't compare yourself to others as when you do that you'll always find someone who'll be making more money than you at your same age. I'm 30 and I have friends who make what I make in a month in a day but that's least of my concern. I also have friends who make what I make in a month in a year. But, both those things don't bother me as my primary goal is getting money to provide a good life for my family but what is important for me is my happiness and not comparison as to what others are doing. Real growth happens when you decide to focus on your development and are consistent with it be it in respect to skills, personality taking new academic courses or whatever it is. Focus inside and don't let other life make you feel bad.
